Acidupdub

Elie got into electronic music and free-parties in 1996 as he was around 12-13 from sound-systems like Furious, Teknokrates, Total Resistance.
He starts training himself to mixing then naturally goes to live-acting, working with analog machines and performing in free-parties since early 2000s.
With a few friends, he sets-up Saltimbank soud-system, meets KGB from U.K and makes his first road-trips through Europe.
Already influenced by Unit Moëbius, Freddy Fresh, Lee Scratch Perry, Underground Resistance, Woody Mc Bride and Adam Bayer, he expands his culture and sharpens his perception of music by their side during these travels.
2004 : Elie’s encounter with Epsylonn. Love at first sight. The three (Saltimbank, KGB and Epsylonn) sound-systems start travelling together then Elie definitely join the band from Brittany, well known for the special atmosphere of their paries and state of mind. They used to spread a different music (acid techno, punk, hip-hop, funk, oldschool techno…) on the dancefloors than what was played.
Prolific, driven by the will to explore the potential of the sounds issued by analog machines, Acidupdub delivers piece by piece, a deep, magical and complex universe.
